The Global Leaders' Meeting on Women will be held in Beijing from Oct 13 to 14. International friends from business, academia, culture and media share their insights and aspirations for women's development.
Reflecting on the Fourth World Conference on Women in 1995 and looking ahead to the future, they stressed women's vital role in driving economic and social progress, highlighting their contribution in healthcare, education, technology and culture.
They hope the meeting will become a diverse, inclusive and action-oriented platform — transforming ideas into opportunities and opening new doors for women in China and around the world.
