The Global Mayors Dialogue · SCO Summit Cities event is held in Tianjin from July 6 to 9. Sheradil Baktygulov, director of the Institute for World Policy Study in Kyrgyzstan, who is visiting Tianjin for the first time, praised the city as a modern, green and eco-friendly metropolis.
